Bascoms is a fine dining chop house that focuses on steak and seafood.  It is fine dining so the price point matches the food portions and quality of the food.  The food is almost always cooked to requested temperature, service is above standards, and the ambiance of the restaurant is very upscale.  This is a great fine dining option for a special occasion or if you are in the mood for a great steak.  Bascoms also has a great wine list.
